The Role

As a Residential Youth Worker 2, you will:

• Support young people displaying complex, trauma-related behaviours

• Work within our structured, therapeutic Integrated Practice Framework

• Be part of a highly supported, values-driven team

• Deliver consistent, compassionate, evidence-informed care

We are looking for professionals who are confident, qualified, emotionally resilient, and passionate about trauma-informed practice.

Locations & Visa Options

We are actively recruiting for high-priority locations across Australia.

• 482 Visa Locations: Bunbury | Cairns | Peel | Townsville | Toowoomba

• 417 Visa Locations: Townsville | Toowoomba

Fully Supported Relocation

We manage the process from start to finish while you remain in the UK or Ireland.
